Testimonials

“Infertility is something that affects so many people, but it is not often talked about.  Sometimes, you may feel alone and ashamed, embarrassed and confused, and you don’t know where to turn.  Many of your friends may be having children, so it seems unfair or selfish to talk with them about your challenges because they don’t truly understand what you’re going through. At the Tomorrow’s Children Support Group I was able to speak with people who were at different stages in their infertility journey and at times offer helpful advice. From other attendees, I heard success stories and coping tips. The Support Group offers a place where you can talk about your feelings, hear from other couples who feel the same way you do and realize that you are not alone.”

“The Tomorrow’s Children Support Group was such a positive force during our infertility journey. It took a lot of bravery to attend my first Tomorrow’s Children meeting, but since I have not looked back. The monthly meetings provided 90 minutes of positive support and encouragement, something that is hard to find when you are silently struggling with infertility. Through the Support Group, I learned of a clinic that better suited our needs and was able to transfer my care to a new physician. In October 2012, my husband and I received a financial grant from Tomorrow’s Children that made a third frozen embryo transfer (FET) possible.”
